Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Grated cheddar cheese 2 Scallions, minced
3 oz Cream cheese 1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/4 c Major Grey chutney 1/4 ts Salt
Process/mince ingredients individually in food processor.
Re-combine all in processor and pulse until mixed to consistency of
your desire.
This recipe can be doubled/tripled in larger food processors, and is
calculated to make a moderate amount of appetizer servings.
Serve with sesame crackers.
