3 c Ricotta cheese
3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan
-Cheese
2 Eggs
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn Prego Traditional Spaghetti
-Sauce (48 oz)
12 Cooked lasagna noodles
Prep time: 30 minutes. Cook time: 30 minutes.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan and eggs.
Brown beef, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in Prego
sauce.
In EACH of two 11x7x1" baking dishes, layer 1 CUP Prego mixture, 2
noodles and 1 1/2 CUPS cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with
remaining noodles, Prego mixture and Parmesan.*
Bake at 400'F. 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
* TIP: Cover and freeze. Bake frozen lasagna, uncovered, at 350'F.
for 1 hour 15 minutes.
