Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lg Onions, chopped
1/2 ts Shortening
1 c Corn meal
1 sm Can mushrooms
1/2 tb Butter
2 lb Ground round steak
1 lg Can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown onions in fat, add meat. Add corn meal, tomatoes,
mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 hrs. in skillet over slow
fire.
