12 Cumquats
1 1/2 c Orangejuice
1 1/2 oz Sugar
1. Wash and slice cumquats into fine, thin slices; add the orangejuice
and the sugar and cook for about 10 minutes. 2. Let cool and serve
with mousse au chocolat
