12 oz Can beer
1 c Flour
1 tb Salt
1 tb Paprika
-Dash Tabasco
2 lb Shrimp, cleaned
-Oil for frying
Pour beer into large bowl. Mix flour salt, paprika and Tabasco sauce
with beer; blend well. Coat shrimp with batter just before frying
Heat oil to 375 in deep skillet or deep fryer. Fry shrimp, a few at a
time, until golden brown and crusty. Drain on paper towels. Transfer
shrimp to heated platter; serve at once.
