Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 eggs
3/4 c milk
1/8 t salt
1/2 t granulated white sugar
1 1/2 c white wheat flour
2 T brown sugar,sprinkle over
mixture before serving
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into 1/4 inch of oil on
medium heat setting in a cast iron pan. Using two forks criss-cross through the mixture until golden brown.
