4 Green peppers
Water,salted,boiling
1 cn Pork and beans(21oz)
6 Smoked link sausages,chunks
1 ts Onion,minced,dried
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Catsup
1 ts Mustard,prepared
Cheddar cheese,grated(opt)
1. Cut tops off green peppers; remove seeds and membranes.~ 2. Steam
pepper shells over boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain.~ 3. Combine
remaining ingredients except cheese in a bowl; fill pepper shells
with this mixture.~ 4. Place filled shells in ovenproof casserole;
bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes.~ 5. Top with desired amount
of cheese if you like; serve at once.~
