Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c (1 pound) fresh cranberries 2 c Sugar
1 Orange, seeds removed and 1/4 c Jack Daniel's Whiskey
-quartered
Using food processor, chop cranberries and orange. Add sugar; chop
again to combine. Place in covered container. Chill for 24 hours. Add
Jack Daniel's Whiskey just before serving. Makes 1 quart.
