Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pk Sweetened lime flavored
-gelatin
1 c Grapefruit sections
4 sl Pineapple
1 c Watermelon balls
2 c Boiling water
1 c Orange sections
12 Maraschino cherries
1 c Cantaloupe balls
Mayonnaise dressing

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until partially set. Cut each
slice of pineapple in four pieces. Cut cherries in halves. Pour small
portion of gelatin into mold. Place a half of a cherry in center of
mold. Arrange sections of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and cherries
in a design. Cover with a layer of gelatin. Repeat until mold is
filled. Chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with hearts of lettuce and
melon balls. Serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
