Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Oil
2 x Carrots, chopped small
1 ts Garlic powder
1 x Salt pepper to taste
4 x Sweet Red Peppers in strips
2 cn Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
1 tb Basil
Sautee peppers carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of
ingredents. Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine toss with sauce.
Optional: Add grated cheese parsly while tossing.
