Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Stew beef, Combine all ingredients in
Cut into 1 -inch pieces -CROCK-POT. Stir together
1 1 3/8-ounce envelope -well
Dry onion soup mix 1 ea 10 1/2-ounce can cream of
-mushrooms Mushroom soup
1/2 c Red wine 1 ea 4-ounce can whole
Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
(High: 3 to 4 hours). Serves 4. This recipe may be doubled. From
