Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Prawns, shelled and deveined 1/2 ts Nutmeg
3 tb Butter 1 Crushed clove of garlic
3 tb Cream cheese 1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Sour cream 1 ds Of salt and pepper
2 Drops of tabasco
Mince prawns and beat together with all other ingredients until smooth.
Garnish with a whole prawn. Serve with hot toast triangles.
