3 eggs2/3 cup pumpkin1 cup sugar1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. cinnamon3/4 cup flourFilling Ingredients-2 Tbls. margarine8oz. cream cheese3/4 tsp. vanilla1 cup powdered sugar
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Preheat oven 375.Foil line and grease 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour.Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.Turn onto towel covered with powered sugar. Roll out and roll up in towel and cool.Mix filling ingredients.Unroll cake from towel spread with filling. Roll into log and refrigerate.
