Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ts Lemon juice 1/8 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Lemon rind 1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
1 lb Pumpkin, mashed 1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Brown sugar
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy pan. Reduce heat and simmer
over low heat for 30 minutes. Chill for 4 hours. Great on toast, English
muffins.
