Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Tomatoes(diced)
1/3 c Onion(minced)
4 Serrano or jalapeno chiles
1/4 c Cilantro(chopped)
1 Garlic clove(minced)
1/4 c Lime juice
1 ts Oregano -- dried
Salt and pepper to taste
Stem, seed and mince peppers. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary. Let stand 30 minutes
before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days
