3 Peeled, sliced,
-raw potatoes
1/2 c Chopped onion
3 Sliced raw carrots
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
3/4 c Puncooked rice
1 lb Ground beef
1 Tomato sauce can of water
Take a large rectangular, butter baking dish, then layer all the
ingredient in the order listed. Cover and bake at 1-1/2 hours at 350
F. degrees.
