-crumbled 3 tb Onion flakes, dried
1 1/2 c Tomato paste 2 ts Oregano
2 ts Vinegar, brown rice 1 1/2 ts Basil
3 ts Tamari
To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir
to combine.
Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
