1 c Whipping cream
ds Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
2 tb Cold water
1 tb Bourbon
1 tb Unsalted butter, cut into
-pieces
Slowly heat the sugar, cream cinnamon in a heavy saucepan, stirring
often, until mixture just starts to boil. remove the pan from heat.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water stir into the hot cream
mixture. Cook stir until thickened, about 1 min. Add bourbon
slowly beat in the butter to finish sauce. Serve over pudding.
