Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Snapper fillets -pepper
2 T Orange juice 1 t Grate orange rind
3 T Cooking oil -nutmeg

Combine pepper, orange juice, rind and oil. Place fish in single
layer in an oiled pan and pour sauce on top of fish. Sprinkle with
nutmeg and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
