See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 c Fantastic Foods instant 2 tb Nutritional yeast
Refried Beans, prepared 1/4 c Tamari
According to package 1/4 ts Oregano
Directions 1/4 ts Thyme
1/2 c Stock or water, if needed 1/2 c Raw grated carrots
1 c Cooked rice 2 c Rolled oats or bread crumbs
1 c Toasted sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Freeze, then take out and fry or bake. Mustard can be added for a
different taste.
Makes 10-12 burgers.
