1 Cup Catsup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Sugar1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
3 Dash Bottled Hot Pepper Sauce
Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling, thenreduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes enough sauce for bastingpork loin back ribs, pork chops or roast, chicken or hamburgers.
