See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3 c Cooked brown rice -- or 1 1/2 c Skim milk
-white rice 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Corn 1/2 ts Chili powder -- to taste
1 sm Onion -- finely chopped 1/4 ts Black pepper
2 c Sharp cheddar cheese -- Paprika
-grated
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the
paprika, and mix them well.
Pour the ingredients into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with
paprika, and bake the casserole in a 350 degree oven for 40-45
minutes.
