6 lg Shallots 1 1/2 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
12 Inch thin crust pizza shell 1 tb Fresh tarragon, chopped
-(homemade or commercial) Coarse black pepper
2/3 c Or antipasto 1 c Grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 lb Shredded cooked turkey 1 c Monterey jack, grated
1/2 c Sliced black olives
Preheat oven for 450F. Pinch off root ends of shallots and squeeze
out of the skin. Spread the antipasto over pizza shell. Sprinkle the
shallots, olives, turkey, mushrooms and tarragon on top of antipasto.
Grated pepper over top, and then cover with cheeses. Bake for about
15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and a nice golden brown color.
