This one is really great.

1 md Head of cauliflower
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Instant minced onion
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Salt
4 sl Colby cheese
Paprika

Cut cone shaped wedge out of cauliflower core. Place cauliflower,
upside down, and water in a 1 1/2 qt dish. Cook covered on high 9
minutes. Turn over halfway. Drain. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
Spoon over top of cauliflower. Lay cheese slices on top. Cook
uncovered on medium 1 minute, until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with
paprika. Let stand 2 minutes. Serves 6 From the files of Ellen Cleary
