Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 Apples 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Brown sugar 4 tb Butter
2 tb Cornstarch 1/2 ts Cinnamon
Quarter and core unpeeled apples. Mix all ingredients in Dutch oven,
or casserole dish if done in microwave. Cook until apples are tender
