2 Slices of bacon Boiling water
1 1/2 c Diced onions 1 c Ketchup
1 Green pepper, seeded and Salt and pepper to taste
Diced 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 Stalks celery, chopped Dash of tabasco sauce
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1) Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp; drain on paper towels and set
aside.
2) Saute onion until golden in remaining bacon fat. Add green pepper
and celery; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Add shrimp and just enough boiling water to cover. Add ketchup,
salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce; simmer for 30
minutes, or until thicken.
4) Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, and serve hot.
