75 g Onion
1 3/16 kg Shrimp
1 Glass white wine
400 g Tomato sauce
50 g Parsley
500 g Red and yellow peppers
Salt and pepper

Fry onion with butter. Add the shrimp, white wine salt and pepper,
cook for 5 mins. Add the tomato sauce, cream and parsley. Cook for 20
