Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 ea Smoked habaneros, chopped
1 ea Chopped onion
5 ea Cloves of garlic, minced
4 tb Vinegar
5 tb Catsup
3 c Water
1 pn Salt
Smoke habaneros until golden brown and semi-dry. Chop into small
pieces and add into other ingredients. Simmer gently uncovered for
about 1 hour.
