8 oz Uncooked spaghetti, broken 1/4 c Water
-in half 3/4 c Evaporated skim milk
8 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage, cut 2 tb Margarine or butter
-into pieces 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
2 c Frozen broccoli vegetable 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
-mix
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage,
vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat,
cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt
margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
