1 ea Large head of cabbage -
-cleaned and chopped
1 c Chopped ham
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Chopped onion
1 ts Sugar
Salt and black pepper
In a large Dutch oven, cook the ham pieces and chopped onion in
vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and seasonings;
cover and cook for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Stir
occasionally during cooking.
