1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano -- ground
1/4 ts Saffron -- ground
2/3 c Rice -- long-grain
9 oz Artichoke hearts --
Frzn/thawed
3/4 lb Shrimp -- cleaned/shelled/ra
12 Clams -- small in shells
Coat the chicken with mixture of flour, 1 tsp. salt and a dash of
pepper. In a heavy skillet, brown the chicken in hot oil about 20
