3/4 c Syrup, dark corn 2 Eggs
2 ts Mustard, dry 1/2 c Apple juice
1/3 c Vinegar 1 tb Onion, minced
3 c Ham; ground (about 1-1/2lbs) 1/2 ts Mustard; dry
2 c Pork; ground (1 lb.) 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Breadcrumbs, fine dry 1/4 ts Pepper
Combine corn syrup, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, and vinegar in a small
saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove syrup from heat, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture in a
greased 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into 12x4" loaf. Bake at 300
degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with syrup
mixture.
