4 c Fresh spinach Bite-size piec
Washed, drained and torn in
-------------------------DRESSING:------------------------------
1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 c Parmesan cheese -- grated 1 1/2 ts Onion flakes
2 tb Evaporated milk 1 1/2 ts Lemon pepper
Combine dressing ingredients (thinning with additional milk. if
necessary) and serve over spinach. Coverand refrigerate any leftovers
