Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Round steak 1 sm Onion; chopped
2 tb Oil; or shortening 1 ts Salt
1 c Soup, cream of mushroom 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in large fry pan. Combine
remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover; simmer 1-1/2 to 2
hours until meat is tender.
TIP: Meat may be cooked whole or cut into serving-size pieces.
