Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Envelope (1 Tbsp) unflavored
-gelatin
3/4 c Cold water
1 c Sour cream, at room
-temperature
1 c Whipping cream
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 pt Fresh strawberries, sliced

1. In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; then dissolve over low
heat. Stir into sour cream, whisking lightly to smooth out lumps. Set
aside.

2. In mixing bowl, beat cream, gradually adding sugar, until soft
peaks form. Stir in vanilla and sour-cream-gelatin mixture.

3. Pour into 1-quart mold, rinsed first with cold water. Chill until
firm. Unmold on serving plate. Surround with sliced berries,
sweetened to taste, if needed. Slice mold to serve and top each
serving with berries.
