-reserve 2 whole strawberry 1 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Apple juice; no sugar added 4 -Ice cubes
Artificial sweetener; equal
Combine all ingredients except reserved berries in blender container;
process until frothy. Divide into 2 stemmed glasses; garnish each serving
with a strawberry.
