Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Broken pretzels 1 ct Cool Whip 8 oz.
1 tb Sugar 1 Box of strawberry jello 6 oz
3/4 c Margarine 2 ct Frozen strawberries 10 oz.
1 pk Cream cheese 8 oz. 2 c Hot pineapple juice
1 c Sugar
Combine pretzels, 1 tablespoon sugar and margarine. Pat into a 9x13
inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Set aside to
cool. Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool
Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel layer. Dissolve jello in hot
pineapple juice. Stir in strawberries. When jello has slightly
thickened, spoon over cream cheese layer. Chill. Randy Rigg
