Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Tahini Salt to taste
2 Garlic cloves 1 1/2 c ;water, cold
1/8 ts Cumin Juice of 2 lemons (to taste)
Put tahini, lemon juice and spices in a blender. Add 1/2 cup water
and blend. Continue to drizzle in the water, scraping the sides,
until the consistency you want. Great over pita bread sandwiches, or
use as a dip for vegetables. (You may want to leave it a little
thicker for dips).
