Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


----------------------------SLAW---------------------------------
1 Red cabbage head, shredded 14 oz Golden raisins (1 box)
1 White cabbage head, 1/2 c Sugar
- shredded - up to 2 cups, as desired
3 c Red onion slices (in rings) Dressing (see below)
3 c Green bell peppers, sliced

--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
2 tb Sugar 2 tb Salt
2 ts Dry mustard 2 c Red wine vinegar
2 ts Celery seed 1 1/2 c Olive oil
1 ts Mustard seed

SLAW: Shred cabbage. Layer cabbage with onion slices, green pepper
slices and raisins. Sprinkle sugar over all; set aside.
DRESSING: In a saucepan, combine sugar, dry mustard, celery seed,
mustard seed, vinegar and olive oil; bring to boil. Cool. Pour
dressing over cabbage mixture and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Stir and serve. Makes 16 to 20 servings.
