2 c Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Onions, thinly sliced
--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tb Water
1 tb Honey or sugar
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Coarse black pepper
Salad: Place 2 cups of thinly sliced cucumbers into a bowl. Sprinkle
lightly with 1/2 tsp salt. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Drain
well and add 1 cup thinly sliced onions. Dressing: Combine together -
vinegar, water, honey or sugar, dill weed, and pepper. Toss over
vegetables. Chill for one hour before serving.
