4 lg Potatoes 1/2 c Mustard
8 ea Hard cooked egg whites, 1/2 t Celery salt
-chopped 1/2 c Sweet pickle relish
1 c Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip 1/4 t Pepper
-or mayonnaise
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Remove and run cold
water olver them until they are cool enough to peel. Cut into bite
sized pieces. In large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish,
celery salt and pepper. Mix in the potatoes and chopped egg whites;
stir to coat well. Cover and chill. Per serving: 162 cal., 0.9g fat
