Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Round steak 1" thick 1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Salt 1 cn (16oz) whole tomatoes
1 Stalk celery, chopped 1/2 c Grated American cheese
2 Carrots, chopped

Cut steak into 4 servings, dredge in flour with salt. Place in pot.
Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over
meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Just
before serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
