Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
10 oz Package of corn chips 3 oz Cream cheese, cut into 12
1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1/8 inch strips
1 pk Taco seasoning mix Paprika
Crunch enough of the corn chips (2/3 cup) to measure 1/3 cup. Mix
ground beef, crushed chips and seasoning. Shape mixture into
patties. Broil patties for 5 minutes, turn and broil. When almost
done, criss cross 2 strips of cheese on each patty; sprinkle with
paprika. Broil until cheese is puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg
