Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 cn Black beans; drained (15oz)
1 tb Onion; finely chopped
1 tb Cilantro; finely chopped
2 ts Pickled jalapeno; minced
1 1/2 tb Pickled jalapeno juice
1/2 ts Vege-Sal seasoning *or*
. your favorite seasoning
. blend
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Ground cumin
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process
until smooth. Serve cold or warm with your favorite dip chips or
crackers.
