8 1/2 oz Can English peas; drained 3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese;
1 tb Butter or margarine; melted -divided
1/4 ts Pepper 3 ea Fresh mushrooms; sliced
3 md Tomatoes
Combine peas, butter, and pepper; mix well. Cut tomatoes in half.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon pea mixture on cut side of each tomato half;
sprinkle with 1-1/2 teaspoons cheese. Top each half with a mushroom
slice.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is
browned. Yield: 6 servings.
