Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Butter 1 T Worcestershire
1/4 c Green onion tops, chopped 2 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Garlic powder 1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Cayenne 2 lb Trout fillets

Combine butter, Worcestershire, green onion tops, lemon juice, garlic
powder, salt, and cayenne in a 2 cup measure. Microwave on HIGH 1
minute. Pour over fish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 5-6
minutes, turning dish once as it cooks. Serves 4.
