2 c Uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 t Pepper
1 lb Ground Turkey 1/2 t Oregano
1 md Green bell pepper, chopped 1/8 t Garlic powder
1 c Sliced onion rings 1/2 c Skim milk
1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz.) 1 ea Egg, beaten
1/2 t Salt Shredded low-fat mozzarella
1/2 t Italian seasoning -cheese
Cook pasta and drain. In a skillet, combine ground turkey, green
pepper and onion rings. Cook until tender and meat is no longer pink.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer 20 minutes. In a medium bowl, blend skim milk and egg; add
cooked macaroni and mix well. Spread pasta mixture evenly in a
greased 14 inch pizza pan. Spoon turkey mixture evenly over pasta and
top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 20 minutes. Let
stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 4 to 6 servings. SOURCE:
