Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 8" graham cracker crust, 1/4 c Oil
-unbaked 2 tb Lemon juice
1 lb Tofu, 1 tb Unbleached white flour
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Honey or syrup Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food processor until
smooth and creamy. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for about
45 minutes or until cracks start to form around the edge of the
filling.
