Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c butter
3/4 c sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 c flour
1 t vanilla (or lemon extract)
1/4 t almond extract
DECORATE WITH ==================
1 colored sugar
1 nuts
1 candied cherries
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add well-beaten egg yolks, add
extracts. Mix in half the flour, then turn on a floured board and
knead in balance of flour.
Roll out and cut with Christmas tree, star and Santa Claus cutters.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375=F8.
Decorate with colored sugar, nuts and candied cherries.
