1 pk Frozen peas -- 10 oz thawed Or 1 1/2 tsp dried savory
1 c Celery -- sliced 1/2 ts Salt -- optional
1/2 c Chopped onion 2 tb Pimientos -- diced
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan; add the next five ingredients. Cover
and cook over medium heat for 6-8 min. or until vegetables are
tender. Stir in pimientos. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic Exchanges: One
serving (prepared with margarine and with added salt) equals 1 fat,
1/2 starch; also 74 calories 93 mg sodium,0 cholesterol, 8 gm
carbohydrate, 2 gm protein, 4 gm fat.
